Terms and Conditions

All prices are based on a one day rental at our current price list published in Canadian currency. We accept cash, personal check, electronic transfer, VISA or MasterCard for payment.

Our rental agreement must be completed and a 25% deposit paid to secure your date and product rented. Balance of order shall be paid in full prior to releasing product. A credit card must be kept on file for security and incidentals during the rental period.

Cancellation policy is full refund, less $25 administration fee within 7 days of deposit payment date. Deposit is forfieted after that date.

Self service pick up orders can be arranged 2 days prior to event date with advance notice. Returns shall be the renter’s responsibility and must be returned within 2 days after event date. Additional charges of 10% of total order per day will apply for late returns. Cover it Up staff will contact you two (2) weeks prior to event date to confirm final numbers and coordinate delivery or pick up arrangements. The product rented must be returned in garment bags supplied to the customer.

Delivery and pick up by Cover it Up staff can be arranged with advance notice. A standard flat rate charge of $50.00 within city limits will apply. An additional charge of $0.50/km will be applied for outside city limit delivery and pickup services and shall be paid in full prior to releasing product. The product rented must be placed in garment bags supplied to the customer for pickup service.

Setup and takedown can be arranged as a service provided by Cover it Up staff. Charges will apply for each product ordered in accordance with current price list published. Full service includes delivery and setup at your venue. Takedown by Cover it Up staff shall be next day service only. Garment bags will be provided and all product must be placed in bags by the customer if takedown must occur on same evening of event. Our staff will pick up the product next day at pre-arranged location. Delivery charge is included for this service within city limits.

All products returned must be accounted for. Charges for products lost or damaged beyond repair will apply and will be charged on an item by item basis. Replacement charges are $25.00 for each chair cover, $5.00 for each sash, $10.00 for each table runner, $20.00 for each table overlay, $10.00 for each vase, and $250.00 for each table skirt(12 foot length).

Standard laundering of product is included in the rental rate. Stains resulting from accidental spillage are considered normal. Damage such as permanent markers, tears or rips, burns or wax stains are considered abnormal and shall be subject to additional charges for cleaning services or replacement. Additional charges will apply for sashes returned tied.

It is the renter's responsibility to contact Cover it Up in the event of discrepancy with count and condition of product at the time of setup.

A charge of $30.00 will apply for dishonored checks.
